Read This First! Using Our Store

Buying online from our store is pretty much the same as anywhere else. The only exception is that you need to be an previous or existing LTTS Customer to qualify. An existing customer is someone who has booked our trek support services since April 2016 and can include anyone in the booking not just the person who booked!

We offer free shipping Australia wide. Almost all products across the store are discounted at 20% off retail. All shipping is done via AustPost.

 

  • You can only buy or order from our online store if you are an existing LTTS Customer, meaning that must have made a trek package or transfer booking with us and you must have a unique LTTS Booking Code, starting with LTTS-XXXXX. You will need to input this code ( in the company name section) when you enter your contact and shipping details during checkout. We will still check the booking code and your details against your booking details after you make your order.
  • If you are a NT Local, just put the town of your residence in the Company section of the checkout.
  • If you are not a LTTS Customer and you make an order from our store, it will be rejected and cancelled. 
  • When you submit your order, check your SPAM folder! A lot of automated emails from some online stores go to spam for some reason. Some of your order emails may go to spam but the others should be ok. Check your spam folder anyway. 
  • Payments: You can pay by credit card ( Visa or MasterCard) or PayPal. Remember: We don't hold any credit card details whatsoever- only the payment system does (Stripe). There is no surcharge applied to credit card payments from our store.
  • If you can't find the item you are looking for, let us know. Only 20% of the products we sell are listed on the website because we haven't had the time to populate all the products online yet. So touch base and we'll see if we can get it for you.
  • We ship products within 24 hours using Australia Post (Parcel Post). You will receive a tracking number from Auspost and or the store.
  • All pre-trek orders must be made 5 days before your pre-trek date. Any orders made within the 5 days will be cancelled.
