Read This First! Using Our Store

Buying online from our store is pretty much the same as anywhere else. We offer free shipping Australia wide. Almost all products across the store are discounted at 20% off retail. All shipping is done via AustPost.

  • Our Store is for LTTS Customers Only, meaning customers who have booked and used our field support services on the Larapinta Trail. If you are NOT a previous or current LTTS customer, your order will be cancelled and you may be charged a 5% processing fee. All unauthorised orders will be cancelled within 30 days of the order.
    • When you submit your order, check your SPAM folder! A lot of automated emails from some online stores go to spam for some reason. Some of your order emails may go to spam but the others should be ok. Check your spam folder anyway. 
    • Payments: You can pay by credit card ( Visa or MasterCard) or PayPal. Remember: We don't hold any credit card details whatsoever- only the payment system does (Stripe). There is no surcharge applied to credit card payments from our store.
    • If you can't find the item you are looking for, let us know. Only 20% of the products we sell are listed on the website because we haven't had the time to populate all the products online yet. So touch base and we'll see if we can get it for you.
    • We ship products within 24 hours using Australia Post (Parcel Post). You will receive a tracking number from Auspost and or the store.
    • All pre-trek orders must be made 5 days before your pre-trek date. Any orders made within the 5 days will be cancelled.
